I began my consulting career over twenty years ago after being asked a question that inspired me to become the "idea guy" behind innovation and change. 

My journey started at Cisco Systems during the early days of the Internet, where I witnessed the transformative power of technology. This experience fueled my passion for consulting, leading me to work with a software company that pioneered logistics, warehouse management, and transportation projects, including the first RFID installations. My company was also the first to use QR codes for analytics and installation management for technical equipment in box stores, retailers, and businesses of all sizes.

Throughout the years, my firm has embarked on groundbreaking projects across various industries. We advised drone businesses and revolutionized wind and potato farm maintenance. We also installed Victoria's Secret's first customer service fitting room buttons, which greatly enhanced the fitting room customer experience.

Additionally, the firm created the world's first labor platform, dispatching technicians across North America. My consulting expertise spans digital menu boards, SAP/finance projects, and large-scale digital transformations for companies like Jabil Manufacturing, Google, and Johnson & Johnson.

I have been closely involved with AI since its inception. I have been part of scoping, testing, presenting the future of AI, demystifying it, and now creating an entire consulting practice around it.
